This warranty does not cover: Abuse and damaged caused by improper use or installation, physical damage to the product cause by the consumer, installation charges incurred, damage to the equipment when connected out of the specifications stated by the manufacturer, damage to equipment caused by insufficient electrical requirements, water damage, excessive wear and tear.

Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less any shipping costs and re-stocking fees.

• All items returned that are not defective, in NEW condition, and unopened will be applied a 15% re-stocking fee; this fee covers shipping expenses when sent and handling

• We shall issue the refund upon return (once the item has arrived at our warehouse). All returns will be inspected upon arrival and applied a re-stocking fee of between 15% to 50% dependent on the condition of the item returned

• The customer must ensure that the item is adequately wrapped, secured and that it includes all components (including free items) when returning the item

• No components should be missing, including screws, manuals, cables, protective films, plastic coverings, etc. The item returned must be in NEW condition. The factory seal cannot be open in any case

FAILURE TO MEET ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN A HIGHER RE-STOCKING FEE OR DENIAL OF RETURN REQUEST
